Please provide the following information.

To ensure your lesson starts on time:

• If you do not need snowboarding equipment, please arrive at our counter at least 30 minutes before your lesson start time.
• If you require snowboarding equipment, please arrive at our counter at least 1 hour before your lesson start time, as the rental process may take some time.

For 4-hour lessons:
If you have reserved a 4-hour lesson, you can customize the Start, Break and End time!
For example:
09:00–11:00, BREAK, 12:30–14:30

Lift Pass Deposit:
If you purchase a lift pass at our counter, a ¥1,000 cash deposit is required. After your day on the slopes, you can retrieve your ¥1,000 deposit at the Noah Gondola Station.

【Cancellation Policy】

At Iwatake Snowboard School, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

◆ No return policy: once payment has been made, refunds will not be issued.

◆ Only in case of external matters, such as extreme weather will a refund be issued.
